Bends, tees and reducers

Alfa Laval´s programme of bends, tees and reducers are available in diameters 1" to 4" and from DN 10 to DN 150.

Unions, clamps and flanges
It is important that the products are uniform, therefore tolerances and finishes are carefully controlled.
To enable you to select the best quality rubber seal for your process, Alfa Laval is able to offer various options in addition to the standard seal including:
- NBR, Nitrile Rubber
- FPM, Flourine Rubber
- EDPM, Ethylene Propylene
Unions are available in a number of standards including:
SMS, ISO, BS, IDF, DS, DIN, and DIN-11864.
Where flange and clamp fittings are suitable for flexible and easy maintenance, flanges and clamps with finger nuts are especially suited for processes where the load seals is extra high, where easy control and replacement of seals is necessary and where optimal cleaning is required |

Tubing
Alfa Laval offers a variety of tubes for the sanitary application process in all world-wide standards.
A flexible pipe support is also included in the product programme. The system can be used for floor, wall or ceiling installations, by means of a combination of connection pieces and anchor plates. |

Butterfly Valves
LKB butterfly valves are available for either automatic or manually operated systems. These stainless steel valves have a very low pressure drop which results in a steady flow of product. The LKB valves are mainly based upon two valve body halves, valve disc, bushes for the disc stem and seal rings, designed to simplify the shift from manual to automatic operation.
They are available in three versions:
- LKB - for ISO tubes
- LKB-2 - for DIN tubes
- LKB-F - flange connections in welded systems for in-line maintenance
The LKB and LKB-2 valves are available with welded fittings and can be operated automatically.
